Jenifer Adamou is in her 4th year of undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, pursuing an English Literature major with a double minor in creative writing and history. Her main areas of study include the romantic poets and the existentialist movement in literature. Jenifer plans to continue her education at the University of Toronto, earning a Master of Fine Arts, and one day hopes to write and publish her own novel.
Tega Aror is a third year Music Voice Performance student at Western University. She has spent the majority of her life engaged in the performing arts, but she has also always taken a strong liking to creative writing. Chloe Bachert is a first-year undergrad student who is majoring in kinesiology and is planning to minor in general English. Katherine Barbour is in her first year at Western University in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities with plans to go into an Honors Specialization in English and Creative Writing. Akshi Chadha is a fourth-year English and Creative writing student. Her works have been published in The Roadrunner Review, Watch Your Head, Symposium, and Salve. Her writing interests vary across genres but her first love has always been poetry. Kelly Ge is a fourth year health sciences student with a passion for narrative and storytelling in research and all forms of art. Emma Graham is a fourth-year student finishing up a major in English Language and Literature at Western. She likes to write experimental stories about childhood, memories, fragmantation, lesbianism, and ghosts. She has a particular fondness for things that are strange. Her favourite author is Thomas King and she is currently devoting most of her time to losing her fear of the dark. Asia Porcu is a second year student at Western University in the Honours Specialization in Creative Writing and English Literature and Language with a minor in film. She was a featured student reader at "An Afternoon with Alicia Elliot", and has published a poem in the Arts and Humanities Student Council Publication, Symposium. Li-elle Rapaport is a fourth year student completing an Honours Specialization in Psychology. She channels her passion for story-telling and exploring the nuances in human experience through writing, painting, and research. Li-elle is pursuing her goal of clinical geriatric psychology and hopes to one day share her stories and experiences working with the aging population. Taryn Rollins is a fourth-year student at King’s University College, enrolled in a MOS and English Honors Double Major Program. She has published work at King’s in The Regis student magazine and The MEM Insider Magazine. As well, she has been credited by the Canadian musician Jayde as a lyricist. Taryn is a Barista at Starbucks and spent the majority of 2020 confronting the absurd. Pauline Shen is a part-time student pursuing studies in creative writing. She completed her B.A. (psychology) and B.Ed. (intermediate-senior) at The University of Western Ontario. |
