Akshi Chadha is entering the fourth year of Honors Specialization in English and Creative Writing. Her works have been published or are forthcoming in The Roadrunner Review, Symposium, and SNAPS, Salve, and Watch Your Head. As a writer, Akshi is interested in the immense potency of the written word. Her writing interests vary across genres but her first love has always been poetry.
Adelphi Eden is an English and Creative Writing exchange student at Western University from the UK. During her exchange, she has developed a love for testing the boundaries of literature and playing card games. Nicole Feutl is a fourth year student completing an Honors Specialization in Studio Art as well as a Certificate in Creative Writing. Meaghan Furlano is a Canadian writer and first-year sociology student at Western University. Margaret Huntley is a student at Western University where she is majoring in English with an Honour Specialization in Creative Writing and English Language and Literature with a minor in Philosophy. She displayed an aptitude for writing in high school where she won multiple awards from the Annual Peg Baillie Memorial Amateur Writing Contest and the Intercultural Dialogue Institute’s Creative Minds Youth Contest. She has had publications in Western’s Iconoclast Magazine and Solel Synagogues Shamas. Margaret is eager to see where her passion for writing takes her next. Isabella Kennedy is a Creative Writing and English Literature student finishing up her third year at Western University. As a poet her work has been recognized by Poetry London and Douglas College Creative Writing department, and has been published in Pearls 37, Besides The Point, and Symposium. As a writer her stories have appeared in Symposium and her essay work in Semicolon. She hopes to continue writing and eventually complete a Master in Journalism. Christopher Paul is an artist and writer from Stouffville, Ontario who completed his BA in Philosophy at Western University in the Spring of 2020. Guess the Number is an interactive experimental literature piece that presents a game in which you attempt to guess a number between one and ten as a form of literature. The piece also deals with themes of anxiety and self-help. Carly Pews is a second-year student pursuing an Honors Specialization in English Language and Literature. Li-elle Rapaport is a third year student completing an Honours Specialization in Psychology. She manifests her passion for story-telling through writing and painting. Courtney WZ is a fourth year student in SASAH and the Honours Specialization in Creative Writing and English Language and Literature. She is passionate about the intersections of the arts—primarily the intersection of writing and mental health. |
